The road to better health began a few years ago, when my wife and I welcomed our first child into the world. On top of being an exceptional daughter and wife, she was now an incredibly hardworking and dedicated mother to her child, and had little time for anything else.

And as with most pregnancies, she was struggling with a few body issues such as extreme fatigue and a post-baby body. Which I would have loved no matter what. ​But, after much research, we found that a careful mix of a few chosen nutritious ingredients was the answer to her fatigue and the cure to both of our pregnancy gain. Personally, I too had gained a couple of unwanted kilos and was looking to shed them in a healthy way that would fit both of our busy schedules. ​

Our personal mix worked so well on us that we soon made batches for our family and friends to enjoy. Weight loss and fatigue success stories aside, we also found out that those who suffered from hypertension, diabetes as well as high-cholesterol reported major improvements to their health.
